A home built on hope, compassion, and the belief that every child matters
Hope Through Compassion is a US-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports a residential school caring for orphaned and low-income children. We provide the essentials a growing child needs to thrive — nourishing meals, a safe place to live, a real education, and the steady presence of people who care.
Why we exist
In the communities we serve, many families survive on unpredictable daily wages, and some children have lost their parents entirely. For these children, an education can feel out of reach when the day's more urgent question is whether there will be a meal.
Hope Through Compassion was founded to remove that impossible choice. By covering the full cost of living and learning — food, boarding, uniforms, supplies, and caring teachers — we let children simply be students. The small fees a few families can offer cover only a fraction of the need; the rest depends on the generosity of our donors.
